If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing immediately. The following cancellation charges apply:

| More than 30 days before tour | 10% of total cost |
| 15-30 days before tour | 50% of total cost |
| Less than 15 days before tour | 100% of total cost (No Refund) |
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
